Sasuke is faster than Naruto ; even MS Sasuke's speed >>>>> KCM Naruto's speed . (EMS doesn't increase speed)

yes but only when sasuke had used amaterasu that why Raikage wasn't able hit him otherwise sassuke is done for

sasuke couldn't keep up with Raikage speed even his susano was no good soo he surrounded himself with amaterasu

but when he surrounded himself with amaterasu

Raikage wasnt able hit him and we already seen this

that sasuke was no match for Raikage in speed and strength
