No, It was depicted as missing. This thread was a fail, you had me hoping the Itachi fanboys were going to get beat and instead you gave me this nonsense. The best thing would have been to admit you were wrong so you could at least be better than them but you continue to deny the facts right in front of you. How can you call yourself any better than they are?

How was it depicted as missing if the scan clearly shows marks around that kunai that indicate it hitting the ground?

It was shown to miss Itachi and the headband that's how. The kunai was shown to hit the ground. The basic fact is you can't hit the headband and knock it off with a kunai. It legitimately isn't possible especially in that scene. Your statement on that happening isn't supported by logic or the manga. Truth despite being a biased Itachi fan is correct in this instance, the manga and logic support him. If Itachi's head was bent down(which it was)then it obviously slipped off. Which means he dodged it and there was no plot whatsoever.

Let use say hat as example, if it can fall off then if i hit your head it will fall off a lot easier.

The kunai didnt miss either, if it did it wouldnt be in same scan as it would flew by way behind.

Your mistake is thinking it can casually slip off. It didn't. It slid off due to Itachi's head being bent down. You can't hit a headband with a kunai and knock it off. Seriously try to picture it happening frame by frame. not possible.

Yes it did. It even landed before the headband as shown by the impact marks

The fact is he is correct and you are not. Your bias is not allowing you to see it. It's one thing to dislike a character(I dislike Itachi myself) but It's another to allow your feelings on the character cloud your judgement.

Nothing shows itachi to land on his head.
When sasuke lands he has shock marks around his feet to indicate it but itachi just picks the headband, both position and lack of marks display so.
