Itachi or Sasuke: Who is the bigger failure?

itachi faikled in making sasuke a good guy, failed in trusting himself and accepting his comrades help, failed in stopping akatsuki, failed in stopping war, failed to protect his village (an extension of the failing to beat akatsuki) and failed to listen to his brother and tell him everythign since if he had sasuke may have stopped the coup.

sasuke has succeeded in everything hes set out to do. surpass naruto (excluding kurama)? done. beat itachi? done. avenge itachi by killing danzo? double done. know everything? not yet but he will do this.

5. He Protected Konoha more than any one else ... if u are blind hater ..no one can help u .. manga proved and stated that ..
6. when Uchiha planned the coup .. sasuke was a little kid ... how he would have stopped that .. stop giving wild logic :|

2. what did he tell konoha? nothing. jiraiya died because itachi is a selfish sociopath who withheld vital intel.
3. his mission is protect konoha. he didnt even come close to putting a scratch on akatsuki, its greatest threat, in any meaningful way and created its second greatest threat by sparing orochimaru and giving hatred to sasuke.
4. itachi is a pacifist. if he doesnt want to stop war then hes a sociopath
5. nope. nagato actually delayed obito's war by preventing madara's resurrection and forced obito to rush into it before he was ready
6. itachi helped destroy konoha and the world by helping murder 7 innocent people with bijuus inside them
7. itachi thought sasuke could change their mum and dad if he faced sasuke from the start. apparently.

Itachi has some mental problems, I agree with that. But is no failure.

Sasuke failed big time when he joined the Akatsuki.

Itachi because he subjected Sasuke to the curse of hatred. He succeeded in preventing a civil war true, but Sasuke will be a bigger plague in time I think.
