[VS] Itachi Opinions

Hello, Someone made a thread saying Itachi's the 3rd Strongest Ninja wich is false but let's be sarcastic and agree with them.
If itachi's so powerfull has all these good features , why not make him #1 or #2?
Because i read post of some people that , Itachi can use amaterasu,totsuka blade, and other cool sh*t.
If he has all these cool shit why can't he beat Hashirama?afterall he is the almighty solo king?He can put Hashi under a genjustu and win right?righttttt?

Ninja that have stronger Sharingans or Sage sensing can evade his genjutsu.

Few can otherwise do that while also evading his powerful ninjutsu and keen intellect.
