Take a biology class. No they don't. Only brothers do. The Uchiha do not interbreed. Cousins have different blood from each other. They are related but it is not "the same" blood.

I don't care. This isn't the same as RL. It's painfully obvious that all the uchihas are related(and share the same blood), and that ANY uchiha who is strong enough can break the tsukuyomi. Why do you part 1 sasuke(and kid sasuke) failed miserably, but hebi sasuke showed some resistance to the tsukuyomi? Because of the difference in POWER. Obito won a mind wrestling match with the juubi, can control the 9 tails, and has the MS. I think it's fair to say that on the balance of probabilities, Obito breaks tsukuyomi.
