Naruto can make 5 Kyubbi Mode kage bunshins, all with the same speed (even faster) and stregth as raikage. he can actually make even more than that

You're adding itachi sasuke and bee. all of which are more powerful and skilled then any current kage (maybe not sasuke). itachi has abilties which exceed the kage rank as whole.

look where is this going.

I think you forgot that naruto could use the kage bunshin with kyubbi mode and sage mode. one of his shadow clones took out the third Raikage!

Yah his army of Kage Bunshin's could take down a small country themselves. Although I would like to see what Madara's wood clones will do against the Kage's to indicate how they could fight against OP clones that should be almost as powerful as Naruto's SM and KM clones

Should have given Naruto SM, restricted Izanami, and given Sasuke MS, then it would have been quite level.
