I'm sure if Nagato lived a little longer then he would have mastered Yin/Yang (which would then make Nagato the true Solo King) and, Nagato had such sensory skills that he could identify which jutsu Itachi was going to use before he used them. I think the same could be said about Obito's Kamui.

Nagato does have sensory skills, but if nagato can sense & track kamui, there's still no way for him to hit obito (he needs a continuous attack for 5+ minutes).

Also, even if obito were to get cornered, he still has izanagi, which will be an insta kill for nagato.

Not to mention, this isnt even obito with both kamui eyes, just imagine the devastation he could cause to nagato then?

Im arguing that rinnegan is not always > sharingan (kamui + izanagi beats it), but if you want to turn this into an obito VS nagato thread, then you realize that obito also possesses the rinnegan, right?

Itachi has no counter to chibaku tensei.. Nagato's Shinra tensei helps him to defend him self against almost any att. From itachi.. (Or was it all of itachi's att.?)

Alright, we won't turn this into an Obito vs. Nagato thread.

If you've mastered an element then you don't need hand seals to perform jutsu or you need the bare minimum, such as Tobirama using 3 hand seals for a jutsu instead of 44 (forgotten the name) because he is (or revered) as the master of Suiton. Since Nagato apparently mastered all elements by the age of 10 (said by Jiraiya), I'm guessing he wouldn't need hand seals or would need the bare minimum.
