This is really starting to get ridiculous. Some people really think Itachi is stronger than Nagato, and it's starting to get irritating.

Don't give me that stupid scan where Nagato is pierced by Totsuka because at that time Nagato was being controled by Kabuto who was controlling like 100 more edos. If Nagato had his conciousness, he would have killed Itachi if needed.

Please enlighten me. How would Itachi counter Chibaku Tensei without the help of Naruto and Bee?

Itachi has piss poor stamina. He will easily run out of chakra and Nagato as we know it has more stamina. Nagato also has more tactics than Itachi.

True Nagato has got Rinnegan.... Still I think Itachi is a better strategist than him.... A good Strategy counts.... We know it from Shikamaru vs Hidan fight where the power difference was very huge.... Here both are powerful but Nagato has got an edge because of Six Paths Technique but Itachi is pretty much smart and a good strategist too.... That makes me say it's a close call.... =D =D
