All of them are in base form
Distance 100 meters intent is to kill.
Nagato & Itachi are in full health
Itachi has KA & Nagato has gedo mazou summoned with both him and itachi ontop. He can also summon 6pop if he wants but that will keep him in one place since he is hooked up to chakara rods.
5kages + sannin are on lower ground
All charactes have abilites shown in manga
Both itachi & nagato have knowledge on opponents
Kages do not have knowledge they only know one has MS while other has Rinnegan
