Itachi doesn't even need Minato to beat Kakashi. The latter is still vulnerable to Tsukuyomi.

Kakashi doesn't fall for the same jutsu twice so no, he's not still vulnerable. He now knows to avoid eye contact and use Gai's feet tactic.
