I have to go with Itachi and Minato. Itachi could keep him busy while Minato used his speed to catch him on his blind side. They also both have the intelect to figure out a way to beat him. It wouldn't be easiy but Itachi and Minato still get this with high difficulty.

Minato is the key to victory. Could solo handle Hashirama with no dif at all.

Hashirama wins. He makes 10 clones and has it 5 v 1 on both of them and neither Minato nor Itachi have any way of stopping the Flower world. And neither will be safe with the Nativity. Minato can not really hurt Hashirama since Hashirama is good at hand to hand and he can heal which means he can trade blows and win every time.

i havnt seen harashima in action except for his peony version as an edo, but if he was powerful enuf to take down madara then this battle is gona be epic.

If Itachi could manage to distract Hashi for even a few seconds Minato could take him out with a combination of FTG and rasengan. Having said that Hashirama is no pushover I could see it going either way but since Hashirama's feats have not been shown I go with Itachi and Minato high dif.

Madara said Hashi's healing was stronger than Tsunade's and he didn't even need to use hand signs hitting him with rasengan is like flicking a bear Hashi as far as we know is too overpowered to be beaten by just about anyone and anybody who has read the manga and read what Madara said about him and what Madara himself has done, after saying Hashi was stronger than him, should know so as well.
