itachi may reveal ems when i seen the last chapter and seen the flashback when itachi say to meet him when his going to get the same eyes is probably itachi was hidding his ems

You looked at it wrong. It was meant as if Itachi had known Sasuke was going to be like this from the very beginning. Saying when he has his eye's come to him. Sasuke took Itachi's eye's and implanted them into himself. Meaning Sasuke has the same eye's as Itachi now.

Impossible, as both of Shisui's eyes were destroyed.

Here, Shisui's right eye was destroyed by Danzo:
