I'd happily explain how he wins without totsuka-blade and yata-mirror, but taking away itachi's illusion is like taking away Kurama from Naruto or Shino's bugs. Illusions are his specialization, however Kakashi's specialization is not kamui. Itachi would still put up a good challenge with fire-jutsus, crows, taijutsu, susanoo, amaterasu, etc, and if you ask me, he'd still win, though not as sure. But if he did? Well, it required Itachi losing his specialization plus two trump-cards.

Which reminds me, you still haven't told me how Kakashi wins without his precious kamui.

Knowing more jutsu doesn't neccesarily mean winning, and by kamui not being his specialisation, I mean it's an ability he only uses if he really needs it, he usually ends up in the hospital for a week afterwards, the only reason he's still standing in this war is because of Kurama having fed him chakra. His aim with kamui has usually been a bit off, he's missed more than hit, resulting in that the most he's been shown killing with it was an arm. If he specialized in using kamui, then I'd have thought he had actually one-shotted someone with it before, as you claim he can do so easily. And by the way, Itachi uses clones, if Kakashi wastes his kamui on that, resulting in him exhausting himself more and giving Itachi an opportunity to attack, then he's screwed up.
