This quote by Kaguya isn't random, this hype implies she of all people who existed ever since the birth of shinobi's think Itachi is invincible and smarter than Sasuke. Based on the context, she believes Itachi would have analysed and figured her out easily.

After Itachi's death we had Hiruzen hyping 7 Year old Itachi's wisdom to Hokage level and now we have a god literally hyping Itachi's intellect to another level, above a genius.

Also this panel has never been explained, what did Itachi mean by that? "Of Course the user will use my illusion powers at the perfect moment", this with the moon as the background. I think Itachi definitely going to be mentioned more.
