No. Jiraiya can keep his distance and stay out of range, or hide within a frog. Don't feel like going in depth but Amaterasu doesn't finish him. Once he enters Sage Mode this battle is over.

i doubt that jman can stay out of range from kisame jutsu's


since i can see we wont agree on the itachi and jman part no matter what argument we have...lets say we switch
parts

itachi can beat oro via genjutsu/or amatarasu/ or tsukoiyomi

with a totsuka finsher

kisame can hold back jman long enough for them to double team jman and for them to win
