Itachi doesnt need to be disgust will start flamez wars however i belive itachi wins this med-high diff on his worst day jk but he wins.

I belive Kisame can defeat minato because minato fighting style is rushed he always trys to end fights quickly im sure if some as A's stature knew about kakashi the copy ninja kisame is sure to know minato for his rep as being the yellow flash/fastest ninja ever kisame doesnt histate to use take advantage of his locations his

This makes most of minato attacks useless as seen its like an ocean also kisame water clones displayed a technique when being hit the could put you in his water prison also minato carries about 1 or 2 kunai on him a kunai in a water prison would limit his chances of winning he cannot use the ftg seal because it would work on the since he is standing on water kisame will know close combat is useless he can take some punches or damage because he can regenerate also he will be fighting with an open Samehada not like he would need since the fusion is necessary with being fused with SamehadaKisame like this cannot lose to minato i know shape or form not to mention his main offense/defense water dome there is no way for minato to escape since he could have turned all that water into his water dome as seen here there is no way to escape from it especially since he has no ftg out side the water dome he will no other option but to summon Gambunta he cannot escape from from it himself gama would be able to fit since in WD kisame & killeree are invisible because of its size

gambunta will drown before he can use the oil kisame wont let it happen by any means nor can gambunta run because kisame can fly the longer minato stays in Water dome chakra gets ate away if bunta manages to use the oil its is either absorb or kisame could just sense because in water dome he can detect chakra through his skin we seen he also speed blitz killerbee while in water dome he def has the advantage to me his is minato perfect opponent even more so than nagato or the mizukage kisame suck minato dry in end this with water shark bullet kisame wins this med-high diff the location doesnt matter
