Kishimoto himself said Killer-Bee was one of the strongest ninja in NU in an interview, and even in the manga he said he was a top tier character:

Bee was protecting people at the same time. And just because Kisame can beat B does not men Itachi can. Two different match ups. Charizard can beat venasour but venasour can beat blastiose but blastiose beats charizard.

Tsukuyomi does not work on perfect host. And staying in bm would suffice.

Any technique that is resolved faster than the user can react is effective, even if the opponent has a counter. Tobi could have used preta path to absorb naruto's rasengan, but he didn't have time. Tsukuyomi lasts for only a second. Bee's consciousness is the only one in the Tsukuyomi so hachibi cannot break him out of it in time, if itachi's is even able to be broken out of by anyone other than an uchiha.

This may be true. However we don't know how long it takes for Bee to be taken out of it. But yes good argument.

of course killer bee is strong, he is a perfect jinchuriki, host of the 8tails. i don't like him coz i think his character is dum (raping all the time and dancing), but i can't deny that he is very very strong , and i actually don't know the outcome of a fight between him and itachi, and people will say how can he dodge amaterasu ?? well amaterasu is not an instant win guys so chill ....
