Sure, but kamui is faster than making a clone... anyways if kakashi wants to warp a whole susano he needs to wait more to hold up some chakra before he can warp it... So i think clones wouldn't bee needed for madara, he needs to activate susano very very fast so he can earn some time while kakashi gathers chakra, and in that oppening he could win
