Gross exaggeration on your part. His Kamui dissection was quite subpar. Which proves that this 'second to none' comment isn't entirely true.

Not proven ages and war had a large role in those promotions. To believe that Itachi was a lesser genius when just about everyone wanks to this guy ... proves otherwise.

He never developed Sharingan or enhanced it in any manner. He simply improved his control. That is the only valid argument you have for MS. He abuses the copy feature. How many techniques has he exhibited anyway from those thousand copied ones? He would have, if they were at that level to be used effectively.
