Are u guys crazy? Itachi would MURDER Minato in at most 5 seconds! Itachi can place Tsukuyomi with his finger! Itachi's amateratsu can burn the ftg seals! If the Raikage could count EVERY kunai in d battlefield WITHOUT sharingan how easy do u think it would be for Itachi? Itachi was able to keep up with naruto in Kyubi Mode when he and Nagato fought Naruto and Bee and he easily beat the crap out of Sasuke when they fought with Taijutsu so is speed is almost the same as that of the Raikage.
