In this scenario Itachi is at PERFECT HEALTH (and has a crow with Shisui's eye). And Lord Jiraiya is ready in Sage Mode with ALL TOADS standing by + Fukasaku & Shima prepped with Yin release and Demonic Illusion.

NO HOLDING BACK, they intend to kill everyone they face, they have trained together 2 years prior to starting the ladder. This so they know EVERYTHING about each others techs, having learned to cooperate, and be a ultra tag team, and have devised countless strategies, plans, and counterplans. They have complete knowledge of ALL THEIR OPPONENTS.

Remember, after each fight they go back home and rest, then prepare for the next fight.

Yes, it makes a very big difference. Without knowledge they would have problems with some. But still, with 2 years of prep and training together the two would solve any problem in front of them i imagine, dont you think?

BSM Naruto and EMS together wouldn't stand a chance, let alone one of them. Itachi could probably take out both of them alone.
