Itachi Izanami

Its true
that Only those can Use "Izanagi" who have both "Uchiha" and Senju Cells(Anime 252-53)(Konan fight with obito)
Then, Since Izanagi and Izanami are both contradictory Same condition also goes with izanami
My question??

1. How "Uchiha Itachi" used Izanami aginst Kabuto(Edo Itachi)?
2. Tobi Said that Izanagi is a forbidden jutsu for "Uchiha" but if u cant do it without senju cells then how it is a jutsu of "Uchiha"??

Senju cells enhances the length of the duration in which you can perform Izanagi, it doesn't give you the actual ability.

Izanagi is different from Izanami and Itachi doesnt have the former. Izanami is pretty much useless for it takes lots of prep time and Itachi only succeded due to plot.
