No. But 1 vs 1 debates it should. Whether it works on perfect jinks i do not know. But time-tsukuyomi will take care of them (if they get hit by it since tsuku requires eye contact)

I have a very innocent question for Itachi fans (me being one of them but a lil' different), why give 'Prime' Itachi EMS/PS... Why not just give him Tomoed Rinnegan in both eyes and PS...? That'd certainly get him around Kaguya level...

1. Umm i never brought up perfect susanoo
2. There is no proof it was even a battle or if shisui even attempted to fight danzo. Considering he didn't bother to retaliate w/ itachi chances are he let danzo keep it. And let's be honest. You can lose eyes faster than you can drop your pants.
3. Never brought up ems.
4 prime itachi is at his best moment. Which would be koto and not being blind (possible no sickness yet and spirit weapons) let's remember, itachi doesn't get MS till after shisui death.

Yeah when the wank goes too far, people can get carried away. Izanagi already countered KA. Specifically that's how Shisui got his eye stolen by Danzo because he didn't expect Danzo to use Izanagi. Eatch the anime that filled in the manga plothole.

Wasn't just itachi hype. It was Ao and obito's as well. Also isn't the kage summit and edo tensei break not a feat?
And when did danzo get a sharingan before the massacre. To preform izanagi?
