Well that depends if you mean full Bijuu or just version 2 aka BM. Like when Naruto first went 4 tails against Orochimaru, Any Jinchuurikis can go into that mode which still gives them a lot of power for fighting.

Naruto and Bee in Tailed BM are fast enough to dodge Amaterasu that gets shot at them, Durable, can pull an Uchiha from within Susanoo from underground and out to shoot a tbb at them. Bee in V1 5 tails mode speed was to much for Sasuke who vision wasn't as blurry as Itachi's. Sasuke even said he could read him because he was moving in a straight line and even told Karin to track him with her sensing ability and tell them where Bee moves.

So V2 should be fast enough to dodge Amaterasu/Enton or Susanoo arrows.

As for when Naruto warned Bee about Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, Naruto wasn't a perfect Jinchuuriki yet so he wouldn't be able to breakout and as for Amaterasu, he didn't know Bee already encounter Sasuke' Amaterasu.

Rasenshuriken is more damaging than Amaterasu. Yet Kurama recovered from it easily enough.
It's not known how powerful the sealing on the Totsuka Blade really is. For instance, it took the 8 trigrams just to hold half of Kurama back. Is the Totsuka stronger than that seal? Possibly, but unlikely unless the Totsuka was designed by an Uzumaki the premier seal masters. Rasenshuriken again would be more powerful cutting wise than that blade, so I doubt it would do much to Kurama.
The Yata Mirror hasn't been shown all that much. Could it stop Rasenshuriken? Possibly, but then again not much besides absorbing the chakra can really stop the Rasenshuriken. Kurama's Bijuudama is much more powerful than the other Bijuu's. The Yata Mirror could possibly tank a few, but I highly doubt it could tank more than 3 of them at most.
The ms Genjutsu for controlling the Bijuu. That one is only known by Madara and Obito. There is no solid proof that Itachi could do so. And as Kurama is in a Jinchuuriki it is useless anyway.
Itachi is easily within the top 10 most powerful humans in the series. But please stop fanboying. It's rather annoying.
Well as we seen with A's arm, Amaterasu was burning A's arm slowly but he does has a durable body which may have helped. As for the Rasen shuriken, when Naruto used it on the 3rd Raikage it did no damage to him but if you notice in that fight, after being hit by the Rasen shuriken, the 3rd Raikage lightning armor was off. So if he was hit without his lightning armor would he suffer damage?
As for tbb, a tbb is more powerful the more the Bijuu charges their tbb like how Naruto did VS the 5 bijuus. But it doesn't matter if Yata mirror can block a tbb or not, Bee and Naruto showed that they can grab Itachi, Sasuke ot Madara from within Susanoo from underground.
