I mean no wonder Kishi sacrificed him to the plot gods, its crazy how he was so blessed and cursed at the same time. If he hadn't gotten sick and became a sacrificial lamb, I believe he would be the ninja to surpass Madara as the most power Uchiha of all time. All his techniques were crazy over powering. He had a barrage of one hit kill moves. Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, Susanoo sealing Blade, Izanami His whole arsenal was one hit kill moves, plus the crazy thing is, he was a f**king super genius that didn't waste any movements, if he moves a finger, you already know you're partners are dead. He flips his hair back six more people die. OK joking, but if Kishi didn't kill him off. The manga would be one sided, and that would be whatever side Itachi was one. So in a way I'm glad hes dead!

Itachi was given some random deadly disease. Nagato and Minato suffered from side effects from their jutsu.

If Itachi ever got EMS he might have surpassed Madara
