Come on mate not no.1 overall manga but yeah no.1 shinobi at base and except for transmigrants and jubei powered guy can take on anyone 1 vs 1 and yeah that includes guy but has to resort on izanagi or izanami to defeat him at eighth gate and edo itachi shits on all if he is serious sure dude can use PS like kakashi as he don't had any drawbacks and bullshit illness in his edo mode.
