Disagree all you like but kabuto is much smarter than itachi in a number of ways no one here as ever seen itachi utilize his mind in the heat of battle the way kabuto has who can adjust and adapt quickly to some of the most dangerous situations ,nagato is way smarter than itachi tactic and strategy wise that was proven.
