While Naruto and Killer Bee were busy fight nagato for about 5 pages to 6 pages of action itachi was nowhere to be scene let naruto and bee face the frighten power of the rinnegan on their own while he watch figuring out a strategy , he gains on points for that move

If he was fight with nagato 1 v 1 it would have been completely different not to mention nagato was being controlled .

I dont really think it was cowardly of itachi to not attack for a while while bee and naruto were fighting. I would actually be reckless of him if he did, cose naruto bee and nagato have some devastating techniques so he would get caught in them if he interfered

LOL its called using ur brain. U would go into a fight and make a strategy on winning and he just happened to save bee and narutos life but u just forgot to mention that. If he went in at the start he would of most likely get killed and that would of been useless
