itachi failing to kill obito is a defeat. he had an intention and a goal, and it didnt work.
itachi failing to kill danzo or do anything to even stand up to him is a defeat. danzo was an enemy to him and he did nothing out of sheer fear.

Double Kamui Kakashi, Hashirama Tobirama, those would also defeat Itachi without any hard efforts.

Almost every character you mentioned would slap Itachi, just because he never went against strong opponents alone doesn't mean he is impressive.

Kabuto 1v1 would've wrecked Itachi, Nagato would've neg diffed him.. etc.
