itachi at the age of 7 thinks like a hokage and around the age 13 he awaken mangekyou sharingan and slaughtered his clan,captain of the ANBU
squad,easily joined the akatsuki,then pawned one of the sannin.....,gather some members of akatsuki like deidara,
fought three highly skilled jonin(kakashi,asuma,kurenei),burned toads tummy jiraiya said no one has ever get away from that jutsu,itachi died intentionally to protect his precious brother,snapped out from the edo jutsu(the only ninja who did it),stopped the edo and beat kabuto like a boss
and also itachi has the best jutsu in the series
like izanami firstly seen on the series by him

Itachi solo's all of them. Tsukuyomi is enough for all of them and there's no way that anyone you listed is able to fight against Itachi without looking into his eyes, Kabuto not included because he got fodderized by Itachi's Izanami.

Here it goes again... Yes Itachi is a beast but he is not the strongest or best. Itachi has be praised of thinking like a Hokage, meaning he was wise at a young age. As for his intelligence, Itachi wasn't that smart as people think. Not saying he was't dumb just that you all think he has great analyzing skills when it's the sharingan that allows him to read his opponents movements and jutsus which makes it easier to make a stategy. The Sharingan is a tool and I don't see how using a tool makes you the smartest or smarter than others who analyze without such tool. It more makes Itachi skillfull for being able to use the sharingan to it's full analyzing abilities

We see Minato do things that a sharingan allows its user to do, see thru jutsu. Minato broke down jutsus with his own eyes and found the jutsus strengths and weakness just by seeing them once (tbb, chidori, Obito's S/T jutsu), Had no knowledge as to what was going on yet used the little information he gathered and came up with the likely outcome. In the end Minato's plan (Naruto) succeed while Itachi (Sasuke failed). And that's from Itachi saying he failed.

Shikamaru used his first encounter with Kakuza and Hidan and cameup with a great strategy, even changing it to fit Kakashi when he joined. Shikamaru is more of a supporter fighter tho but showed he came beat strong foes by using his teams power. He makes more than just 1 strategies (first confirmed in the chunin exams), he said if this strategy didnt work then he had a few more he could use but he was out of chakra. He was even put up as a general in the army (in chunin exam Asuma said Shikamaru has a mind of a general hehe)

Shikaku analyzing skills were even praised my the 4th Raikage and was put in charge of the whole shinobi alliance and it's his dying strategy that seems to be working for the Alliance right now. Kurama somewhat praised him to.

Itachi's gretatest weakness is that he has that disease and low stamina. Everytime Itachi used an MS jutsu he would close his eye as if gathering chakra. After the use of his MS he suffers the side effects (which is worst since his disease) and his eyes get more blurry, that's why he doesn't spam his MS. That leave an opening for an attack and if you keep pressuring Itachi then he has no chance to rest and will eventually die.

I am pretty sure he wasn't the original creator of that jutsu. But, oh well, I could be wrong.

THe reaper death seal was created by the uzumaki clan. Hence the shinagami masked at the uzumaki shop.
