Totsuka blade can cut through anything according to the Manga.The only reason Itachi had to explain to Bee and Naruto how to beat it was because Naruto and Bee shit themselves mid fight.

Where as Itachi wasnt worried at all since he knew how to counter it.

Knowing how to counter doesn't mean he could by himself if he needed to. As for it being able to cut anything....doubtful. Seal people, true, but cut? That was never stated.

Any enemy. That refers to people, and true enough, I can't think of anyone who can take a SUsanoo blade to the face and not be cut, but the Chibaku Tensei is not an enemy, its a jutsu.

As for him spamming Yasaka Magatama...doubtful again, as unlike Madara, he was shown only forming three of them at once. Its not like he had that much time either....
