Itachi has to many weapons. Totuska,numerous Genjutsu for offense. Yatta, Susanoo, and Amaterasu for defense. Minato only has FTG... Itachi wins.

Well if you read the manga then you know Edo Itachi kept up with KM Naruto who was at 1/13th the power since he made 12 clones before meeting up with Nagato and Itachi while he faced A before making any clones

. Naruto wasn't even at full power when he was facing A, he used a ton of chakra in his training and had no rest then he entered the war so even that wasn't full Naruto

If MS Sasuke couldn't even react to A's speed when he was keeping up with Itachi's fairly well then how do you expect Itachi to react to someone faster than A? Sasuke was stated to have better eye power than Itachi since part 1, he just needed training to master his eyes
