he cant control Kurama inside Naruto as we saw Madara try to do already, it doesn't work

Let's consider the different techniques which the two shinobi possess.
1.Tsukuyomi
If Naruto looks into Itachi's eyes in the beginning of the fight, he loses,
as he would be hit by tsukuyomi.
Don't say that Naruto will avoid looking into Itachi's eyes because he
knows everything about Itachi's techniques.
Tsukuyomi cannot be dispelled by anyone unless they share Itachi's blood.
Tsukuyomi cannot be cancelled by passing chakra into Naruto.
2.Usual Genjutsu
Even if Naruto does avoid looking into Itachi's eyes, Itachi can cast
genjutsu on him by using his finger.
It will probably be broken by Kurama,though,now that he has started
helping Naruto.
3.Susano'o
One rasenshuriken will not be enough to destroy susano'o.It may be
possible with a few of them, but that is debatable.
Please note that Itachi's susano'o is complete(it wears the armor),
and can't be broken down as easily as Madara's incomplete susano'o.
4.Totsuka blade
It seals Naruto if it hits him.It can be avoided, though.
5.Amaterasu
If it hits Naruto, he dies due to burns.However, Naruto will probably dodge
it, or block it with those chakra arms of his.
6.Yata Mirror
It can protect Itachi from Naruto's attacks such as Rasenshuriken,
Rasengan, Oodama Rasengan, etc.
7.Yasaka's Magatama
It is a very powerful long range attack, probably as powerful as
Rasenshuriken.
8.Edo Tensei
Itachi is an Edo currently, and Naruto won't be able to seal him away even
if he beats Itachi.
9.Sage mode
Naruto can't enter sage mode when he is in kyuubi mode.
Even if he could, it would take a long time for him, and that would give
Itachi an opening.
10.Ma and Pa
Their sound genjutsu takes a lot of time to cast, forget it.
Naruto won't be able to enter sage mode with these two, as it takes some
time to summon them. We saw this when Jiraiya was battling pain.
11.KM Shadow clones.
This will be too much for Itachi to handle.Itachi may be able to defeat the
real KM Naruto, or upto two of his shadow clones, but not more than that.
However, if Naruto can do this, why didn't he make multiple shadow clones
while fighting Nagato? If he had done that, there's a possibility that he
could have beaten Nagato single handedly.
Probably he didn't think about this idea.
The Sharingan can distinguish between the real Naruto and his shadow
clone.Sasuke said so during their fight at the final valley.
12.Speed
They are more or less equal when it comes to speed.
Oh yeah, Naruto doesn't have FTG yet.
13.Stamina
If the fight gets prolonged for a long time, Itachi loses because of his "piss
poor stamina".He can't keep susano'o active for a long time.If Itachi has
to win, he must finish this quickly, or else he'll lose.
14.Intelligence
Intelligence becomes a critical factor in deciding victories, and we all know
who is more intelligent among these two.It's definitely Itachi, and he also
has better analytical skills when compared to Naruto.
15.Kurama
Naruto can't transform into Kurama, he can just use it's chakra.If Kurama
were to break loose during this battle, Itachi loses.
My conclusion is that Itachi and Naruto are almost equal.Saying that Naruto is far superior to Itachi is meaningless.If I've forgotten anything else, tell me.

Well if KM Naruto and Kurama work together like B and Hachibi do then Itachi isnt

Tsukuyomi will work on Naruto, and it can't be dispelled even if Kurama tries to snap him out of it.Please go to my link on page 5 for proof.If the link doesn't work,go to the manga pages mentioned therein.

it depends entirely on circumstance. both have oneshot jutsus. if itachi gets hit with FRS or bijuu dama its over. if naruto gets hit by ammy or tsuki, its over. its just who hits first wins.
