Itachi never died and here's why.
The rumor that I heard is that both Itachi and Madara had both perfected the soul to body transfusion jutsu that Orochimaru used. This is the reason why Orochi wanted the sharingan in the first place because orochi knew that only sharingan users can use the perfected version. Now what people are saying ( They are saying they read the raw Japanese version ) is that Itachi had planted his life into sasuke by poking him in the head before he died.

Which is why Sasuke used Itachi's mangekyou on Madara in the cave. Also it is said that Itachi can appear when the person his fused his soul with his in danger off losing the fight, so it is something like the fourth's sealing jutsu. Also Naruto has Itachi's soul in him as well because in one chapter itachi does this.

and says hopefully the day comes where you never have to use it. And Madara in the chapter smiles and says " I see, Itachi can use that Jutsu as well" So there is a possibility that if this rumor is true that Madara is using Obito's body. But I doubt that but hey you never know. This is what I heard, I havent personally read the new chapter yet but this makes sense on why itachi came back. I also don't know that this is true since these were rumors I heard.
