Actually Itachi is not perfect as he has that unnamed disease (clearly shows kishi's intentions not to make him overpowerful didn't even mentioned the so called plot disease) which nerfed his stamina and chakra levels and without this plot disease yes he would be perfect shinobi in entire NV and edo itachi is not as strong as the original as kishi's logic all edos are weaker than their live counter parts and yeah he is the solo king.
