Tobi himself gathered the tailed beast chakra(well,atleast the rest of it). Gedo Mazo was only a fighting statue before Tobi got it. So no,Nagato will not hace Complete Gedo Mezo or Jubi because those belong to Tobi.

A Complete Nagato in this current point in the Manga would have Gedo Mazo and therefore it would be the Juubi vs Itachi

In fact soon as Tobi put Nagatos eye in his eye socket he probably went a got the Jar and the tentacle

The clones can let themselves be sucked in and use cpone great explosion on the core all the while the core is also getting hit with Yasaka Magatama,causing considerable enough damage to the core to cancell the technique?

Nagato Complete would be able summon the Juubi if say for instance Nagato vs Naruto,Bee and Itachi became a 1v1 and he was in full control seeing as its his summon,Tobi using Nagatos eye and the fact he used it for 200 chapters keeping it chained up it knows its master

What are you trying to suggest? Nagatos summon is Gedo Mazo therefore when he summons it it will be there if the Bjuu happen to be inside it then thats Itachis problem lol
