if you ever think about it nobody has seen itachigo all out in his prime
so will people stop saying sasuke is tronger then itachi
cause sauske was as good as dead....itachi is in his prime bringing brought back to lifee and cant diee he can end sauske's life right now if he wanted to

I agree, however I haven't seen people call him weak cause Sasuke "won" the battle. When he's compared to characters like the Kages, Madara, etc. that's where the overrating/underrating issues come into play
