Chakra (チャクラ, chakura) is essential to even the most basic technique; it is the moulding of the physical energy (身体エネルギー, shintai enerugī) present in every cell of the body and the spiritual energy(Aka life energy) (精神エネルギー, seishin enerugī) gained from exercise and experience(aka stamina).
And what do you mean Itachi had no stamina, the only time hes been truly fatigued was while fighting against sasuke...also he died...of fatigue...from lack of stamina...and chakra....

I thank you for highlighting physical energy and spiritual energy, now tell me how is that related to life force or life energy? Hashirama used chakra to convert to like energy naruto wiki:"By converting chakra into the source of life, he was able to create wood and plants from the ground of or his very being, causing them to grow to great sizes and manipulate them to diverse shapes and battle uses at will and in an instant, he could shape the entire battlefield for his own uses." There is a difference, itachi does not have gifted life force like hashirama, naruto, and nagato etc. which life risking moves would not drastically effect the user.

Gaara's Sand was said to be the ultimate defense, so was the 3rd raikage's Raiton armour and also The Yata mirror. Common sense and being attuned with the manga should allow you to decipher which is truer of the three.

No, this post is irrelevant to the topic, this is about fans taking hiperbole literally for some things, and deliberatly ignoring it in other instances, when it's not their fav's powers/attacks, the intent of this thread it's to showcase the hypocrisy of some fans, nothing else, there's no need to be upset about it.

That's not my point, what is this ''truer'' thing?, your logic is that the absence of evidence is the evidence of absence, so yata mirror don't have any weak point because it hasn't been shown/implied?

I don't see how this disproves any of my argument, you just provided proof that stamina is effected by chakra usage and there is a limit on Physical/Spiritual engery or other wise life energy.
