Itachi is not invincible but still very strong

when I said Itachi is the strongest ninja I was kidding
he's clearly not the strongest because he can't beat people who has edo army or 1kbuddha but he's still very strong
Amaterasu is almost impossible to deal with same goes for Tsukuyomi (
