There's no need. It's a fact that Itachi was not gay. The age for marriage consent for the Japanese culture is 13. Fugaku picked out a girl for him to marry in this context. We don't even know if they knew each other very well. However, it's known that as the future clan head, he wouldn't continue the clan with a guy...they wouldn't reproduce.
