Jepp, thats a fact. Itachi owns almost everyone except Madara/Hashirama & Kaguya family.

Madara/Hashirama has no counter to Totsuka Blade or Yata Mirror. Only Kaguya family can trouble Itachi because they can teleport and use COAT. Even then Itachi solos the Kaguya family

No. BZ wasn't playing a role, considering that he had no reason to in front of white zetsu. Kishimoto just likes using BZ to hype Itachi for whatever reason, he's one of the few characters that has yet to be insulted by him.

Itachi is in the 9th spot at best, if we exclude Kaguya's family.
