Is Sasuke's Susanoo had the totsuka blade and the yata mirror he'd be so unbelievably overpowered. Madara would be sealed right now.

The spirit weapons are asspull plot holes, so I don't see how Itachi could give them away.

you do know that the sword of Totsuka has no physical Form so that idea is out of the question

What happened to caring for the Shinobi World? Why not leave the weapons behind for another person to use for the force of good?

The Tenten panels pretty much hint that Madara can and probably will get sealed (or at least some of his power will be sealed) -- Totsuka would speed up the process.

And Naruto should also be using Yata Mirror to reflect the light instead of relying on Sasuke's Susanoo.

When exactly was it stated they didn't have them? Lols they may and just haven't shown them or may not be aware of them yet. Perhaps it takes a large amount of spirit energy to use them or they must passively summon them from somewhere else.
