Does he die soon after blindness or does he get killed of by Hiruzen himself?

1) Itachi doesn't know the seal to releasing the by, nor putting a kyuubi inside of a host in a genjustu.

2) Even if the kyuubi comes out on its own somehow, he would go blind from controlling the kyuubi after like a few minutes.

3) Itachi can't use tsukyomi, Amatersu, and Susanoo without dying from no stamina.

4) Fighting minato while controlling the kyuubi to fight Hiruzen/villagers is impossible for Itachi.

It would be blind itachi vs. minato (if he makes it that far)

And minato would win easily.

- itachi won't be able to pass through objects and kill the guards without an alarm...(lets assume he manages tht)

- and again lets assume itachi captures kushina ..(even if minato could blitz him than and there)

- itachi doesn't know how to unseal the nine tails ..(so there is no nine tails..)

- Minato takes the baby to his home.. and teleports to kushina...and takes kushina where the baby is

- Then it will be pure Minto vs Itachi fight ...

in which minato wins ..proved by hundreds and thousands of threads..

So you expect Minato to recognize his old student who he thought was dead like a year or more ago when the person in front of him is displaying new skills? Obito had Hashirama cells for a power and stamina boost and was trained by Madara himself. You make Obito seem like he's not suppose be be giving anyone an issue when he's using only Kamui; he actually saw nothing he had working on Minato but Kamui which says a lot.

Speedsters>Sharingan. You don't get them in genjutsus and if you do then they'll have the skill to get out. Example: Bee in 3 tails mode was a speedster, Sasuke put him in a genjutsu and he blew off his chest. After that Sasuke asked Karin to keep track of his movements. Sasuke couldn't even get A into a genjutsu, Madara who is the best Ichiha even couldn't get A into a genjutsu until A got distracted at Tsunade getting hurt. Minato is faster than A and a sensor and it's a one on one fight with no distractions.

Itachi would be too busy trying to see where Minato went to try and use genjutsus. Minato would use contract seal on Itachi as he did with Obito to release Kurama from his control and he did that as he stabbed Obito so Itachi would be getting hurt at the same time. Itachi's disease will kill him if he tries to fight physically for a good amount of time and even faster if he uses MS jutsus. Itachi's disease was eating at his body and you think he can fight a village? He never fought a top tier unless he knew his genjutsu would work on them. Pulling out Susanoo would only kill Itachi, that made him cough up blood against Sasuke. Nara clan stops Susanoo movements long enough for Choza to grab it while Inoichi controls Itachi mind and have him Kunai slash his throat.

Either against Konoha or Minato, he dies
