Do you think sasuke don't love naruto and his friend? It's not true. Because he want to be stronger he have to kill his closest friend.
Uchiha clan as tobirama said, really a evil clan. Their eyes get stronger every time they killed their love one.

So basically if sasuke killed kakashi, naruto and Sakura, his eyes will become even more stronger.
