and the only reason human path wasn't instant was because of plot saved naruto just look at when shizune got her soul ripped in an instant.

both sasuke's and madara's susanoo can use jutsu but sasuke has a bigger arsenal of enton and raiton summoning and unlimted ninja tools to help him in the fight not to mention it's alot faster by feat (madara's was alot bigger tho)

as I said it's a really close match up so it really depends who outclasses who.. but madara's biggest weakness is his super prideful personality and he'll most likely try to take sasuke lightly or miss around like with his fight with gai to prove his superiority by doing stunts like taking hits head on not to mention sasuke's tricky rinne shift so sasuke has an advantage here.
