2nd: The Uchiha would plan the attack anyways.. considering Itachi was already accused murder of Shisui Uchiha and Itachi and the Uchiha didn't see eye to eye on things. In fact Itachi was only loyal to the Leaf.

Yes he would make a great Hokage NOW, but back when he was 13? Wouldn't really be normal. And yeah Itachi has a great will of Fire and love for the village but an even stronger love for his brother. Which is why he chose the path he thought was right.

Making the Konoha elders and the Uchiha happy isn't enough. The fact that his name is Uchiha means that the more igorant public of Konoha will not trust him, we have observed how ignorant and hateful they are from the way they treated kid naruto and others who scared them. I don't think Itachi would even want to be Hokage acctually, because even the other Uchiha would resent him for siding with the other elders on so many views.

Wow, what a simpleton. Itachi could have been the smartest man in the NV at age 13, but he wouldn't be hokage simply because he's young, and probably just finished puberty. Wisdom is just a part of being hokage. The fact still stands, Itachi was just a child, deal with it.

making an uchiha a hokage hmmm ..... ?? impossible, itachi was indeed fit to be hokage (had it takes to be one), but here is the problem, the uchiha clan are NOT a reasonable clan (no wonder tobirama explained that they run on emotion sheeeesh) they were determined on taking over and cause havoc. if you are right then the wise hiruzen would have done it or the great itachi would have at least thought about it, putting an uchiha in a position of great power is NEVER a good idea, not because if itachi (he would be agood hokage) but because of the seperation the uchiha's will demand and the way they are gona try to pull itachi to their side. from every angle this solution would never work .....
