Saw A Thread That Said Every Kage(KageSummit) Was Stronger Than A Healthy Itachi , NOT EDO-TENSEI . Probably Oonoki & Ai . But I Beleive A Healthy Itachi Could Beat Mizukage High Diff , Danzo Mid/High Diff , & GAARA Low/Med Diff. . What Yall Think U_U ? One V. One No Interferance
