false. the databook lists almost every defensive technique as "invincible and stops everything" its just exagerrating bullshit. databook has many errors inconsistent with the manga.
susano has many weaknesses. or else itachi is the dumbest character on earth for not soloing akatsuki and anyone who he feels is a threat. for one he cant maintain it forever. for two, totsukas not omnidirectional. any teleporter is immune to its effects.
