so lakookie was just thinking that itachi basically have a best ninja abilities of every konoha 11 member...

Saskey: Itachi have better sharingan use...
Naruto: Itachi have better talk no jutsu...
Sakura: Itachi have similar genjutsu talents
Ino: Itachi can manipulate minds with tsukiyomi
Shikamaru: Itachi have superior brain...
Hinita: Itachi is a better cook....
Kiba: Itachi have a better nose smell... he sense saskey in teh rain and knew he didnt die vs deideara
tenten: he is expert with shuriken...
neji: he dont matter because he is dead
lee: itachi solo kurenai with taijutsu....

1) No, Sasuke's better at using Amaterasu than him and he also utilized the sharingan's copy ability, something that Itachi rarely did or probably never showcased. Itachi's only more skilled than him in genjutsu, that's it.

3) Sakura's best ability is her byakogou seal/healing power which last time I checked is something Itachi doesn't even have.

4) Ino's jutsu is completely different and technically all skilled sharingan users are capable of "manipulating" or in other words, "force" someone to do something against their will.
