• This was after killing the Uchiha clan
• Obito said Itachi "cried tears of blood" (Amaterasu) when killing some Uchiha.
• This is further implicated by Danzō recalling Itachi's Amaterasu when fighting Sasuke.
• He showed no signs of fatigue, even after.

As I've said before, Itachi was probably the only dude aside from Sarutobi Hiruzen to have maximum databook stats, including stamina, prior to his sickness. He defeated Orochimaru at age 11, (edit: proof's on 1st page) so he definitely could have had mastered all areas by 15-16. Edo Itachi seems physically much stronger (possible 5.0) and likely has 5.0 taijutsu without his body being all eaten up by disease and whatnot.

You do realize that sasuke has better stamina then his brother right.

But he didn't have susanoo here yet. And if you recall from his fight with Nagato, his most powerful technique is the susanoo (I don't recall exactly what it is) I think he was at his strongest sometime after he joined Akatsuki.

OP there is no absolute evidence on either side that his illness stunt his reserves.
As for what you said, you do know that in the manga just like how he got rid of his parents with a katana, he could've done the same to the other shinobi's and this doesn't require use of chakra.

According to the timeline he was 12/13 only 1/2 years older than what he said, does that really matter? You're just butthurt that an 11/12/13 year old Itachi fodderized the strongest Sannin, something other Characters weren't/aren't capable of. Itachi with low stamina could still use Tsukuyomi well. Though I wouldn't harp on the Uchiha clan as it was suggested Itachi got a lot of help from Obito, hence he sought him out in the first place.

I'm sure when Obito said Itachi "cried tears of blood", he meant it in a different context. If he used Amaterasu, extensively when killing some Uchiha it would've been said- Amaterasu wasn't a secret jutsu at that time.

This Danzō recalling Itachi's Amaterasu doesn't mean what you're saying it means. We know there was a time gap between Shisui's death and the Uchiha massacre, there was time for Itachi to use (and master) Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi in front of Danzo.

"He showed no signs of fatigue, even after." ~ At that time he didn't fight someone alone who would be able to challenge him. That is kinda hard to achieve when you've got Obito going around with Kamui and Mokuton.

Itachi's stamina is mainly low duo to his illness, it's stated several times that the Uchiha clans Stamina reservers are above average so Itachi's stamina should have been above average aswell because he's from the Uchiha clan, it is however so that Itachi can use and controll his Stamina very well even with his low Stamina reserves he was able to keep up with Sasuke who had to use everything in the end, Sasuke even said that Itachi had no chakra yet Itachi surprised us all by pulling out Sasuno'o afterwards with no chakra?

Itachi is 1 of the fewer characters who can controll and use his chakra very well that's why Itachi was able to do all that with Stamina reserves that were below average.

Yet we know Itachi could use it before he was 7.
